My company, Compass Workforce Solutions (CWS), grew in revenue and headcount 100% each year from 2009 to 2017, and 35% in 2018. As a critical key in our toolkit, we’ve leveraged the Predictive Index® Assessment and offer training and consulting services that support the PI and other organizational assessments of HR, departments, and business functions.

From hiring to termination, talent optimization is key to performance and profitability. The Predictive Index, or PI, measures behavioral drives and cognitive ability through “people data” that helps employers better understand a specific role, team, project or business strategy.
